The apartments are nice. Great location and the front desk people are genuine, courteous, and take the time to understand my needs!

The new manager, Nina, has been the best thing that has happened to this property, and she has worked so hard to ensure customer satisfaction despite persisting issues. Although we have complaints and things aren’t always at their best, Nina’s sincere and charismatic approach has made it so much easier to get through headaches when they occur. Thank you Nina for caring so much about your residents—we all know you are doing what you can and that you’ll not give up until the problems are solved.

The maintenance guy Benito is so awesome he’s quick in fixing what needs to be done and he always goes beyond for the tenants. I had issues with my ac and he made sure the whole day he was checking on it after he worked on it to make sure it was still cooling which I knew at that moment he’s a good guy. I’ve seen him help tenants throw there trash. He’s there early in the morning picking up trash I can tell he takes pride in his work.

I toured this property and was very pleased. I was greeted by manager. She was very cordial and friendly. I got answers for all my questions. Property grounds looked great. Pool looked great. There wasn’t any 3 bedrooms that met my timeframe needs. And maintenance was very visible on property.
