We must ensure the unit is ready and keys are made.
Does the community have an elevator?
No
Does the community offer contactless move-in?
Yes as long as all upfront and move in costs are paid we can leave your keys and move in folder in your unit on day of move in.
Any other move-in / move-out information specific to your property?
Move ins must provide CPS account number before getting keys and Move outs are required to provide forwarding address when dropping off keys.
Where is guest parking located?
All unmarked parking spots, in front of office, and along the street.
How do I get an assigned parking spot?
You must get with the front office and pay a monthly reserved parking fee.
How do I register my work vehicle in addition to my personal vehicle?
Bring the license plat number, make and model of the vehicle to the front office so we can add it to your account information.

Yes call our office number and it will give you the option for our 24hr emergency line.
