This fall, five-time Grammy-nominated MercyMe will present the latest leg of The Imagine Nation Tour with longtime friends Tenth Avenue North. The tour will trek over 20 cities nationwide beginning this month. Fans of the CCM stars will not want to miss this special event!
The award-winning groups will perform a bevy of fan-favorite songs. MercyMe promises performances of many of the favorites on their newest music release, I Can Only Imagine – The Very Best Of MercyMe, including “I Can Only Imagine”, “Greater” and “Shake”, along with their most recent No. 1, “Even If.” Tenth Avenue North will share songs from their latest album Followers including “I Have This Hope” and “Control” along with the hits “By Your Side”, “Worn”, and more.
Best known for their breakout crossover single “I Can Only Imagine,” MercyMe has released six independent albums and nine studio albums since first signing with INO Records in 2001. The group has had thirteen consecutive Top 5 singles on the Billboard Christian Songs chart, with seven of them reaching the number one spot.
A film adaptation based on the story behind "I Can Only Imagine" premiered in 2018. To coincide with the film's release, the band issued the career-spanning anthology, I Can Only Imagine: The Very Best of MercyMe, which featured an updated version of the title song recorded for the movie. To date, MercyMe has won eight Dove Awards and has had many Grammy nominations.
